Celebrating 30 Years of Swallowtail!
Join us on March 14, 2026, at the beautiful Walters Cultural Arts Center as we celebrate 30 years of Swallowtail Waldorf School and Farm. This milestone evening will include a social hour, small silent auction, dinner catered by Kam & Kam catering, and a special presentation. Guests will also enjoy a spirited live auction with unique experiences and class art projects. Come be part of this once-in-a-generation gathering as we reflect on our past, celebrate our present, and step joyfully into our future. Your tickets include complimentary wine and beer. Vodka cocktails are available with the purchase of a commemorative cup for $5.

Terms and Conditions
In order to participate in bidding, each attendee must agree to the rules and regulations presented before the event. By completing your registration for the event, you are stating that you have read and agree with all terms and conditions listed in the document accessed by clicking the link. If you are purchasing tickets for another person, terms and conditions will be mailed to them before the event and published in the event catalogue.

- A credit card must be placed on file before placing bids. A request for checkout will be sent to each bidder by 7pm Sunday, March 15th.
- Payments for items purchased must be made in full either online or by check in the school office by 5pm on Monday, March 16th. All purchases must be paid in full before picking up.
- Following your payment, items may be picked up at Swallowtail Waldorf School and Farm from Monday, March 16th until Friday, March 20th at 3:30pm. You must show your payment confirmation and photo ID if the silent auction item requires you to do so.
- Any item left unclaimed after March 20th, without prior arrangements, will become property of the organization, even if the bidder has paid for the item. The item will be sold or used for further fundraising efforts, and proceeds will go to Swallowtail Waldorf School and Farm.
Swallowtail Waldorf School and Farm is a 501(c)(3) organization. Any bid over the value of the item is considered a donation and may be tax-deductible. Please consult your tax adviser to clarify amount of deduction.
